The landscape design process includes:

- Concept design stage - testing alternatives to ensure that the final design solution meets your
project brief. Get creative and think outside the square during the concept
design stage.

- Design development stage - this stage is about fine tuning your chosen concept (or developing a new design using favourite elements from more
than one of the concept design alternatives) and deciding on one clear direction for your final design.

Final design - may include structural
layout plans, master plan, lighting plans, drainage plans, planting plans
and photomontages. The
final design plan will often be
the drawing used to get council approvals.

officers on your behalf to ensure your projects compliance and a smooth process of DA and CC approvals.
- Services include; attendance at pre-DA meetings, interpretation and application of any other landscape requirements
outlined in relevant local council plans and state government legislation.
Project Management

you ensure that you have a pilot directing your project from conception
to completion. In a project management role, we will deliver your project
within defined scope, quality, time and cost constraints while providing
you with a single point of contact for directing any inquiries, instructions
or concerns about your project.
Environmental Planning

and water sensitive design (WSUD) techniques and technologies for your project.
- Preparation of required 3A permits for riparian

- Sourcing appropriate contractors and ensuring adequate maintenance periods
are built into your contracts for insurance purposes.

cost effective maintenance schedules for your project
- Arranging expert arboriculture advice to assist in managing your
tree resources as required.
